Vessa AI LLC ("VESSA", "we", "us") runs vessaai.com. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
When you contact us. The contact form asks for your name, company, email address and an optional message. Booking a call through our scheduling page collects your name, email address and the time you pick. Emailing or calling us gives us whatever you choose to share.
When you visit the site. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, processes basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on vessaai.com.
For our own outreach. VESSA contacts businesses about our services. For that we use business contact details (such as name, job title, company and work email) from commercial business-data providers and public sources.
How we use it
- To answer your inquiry, schedule and hold calls, and send the plans or proposals you ask for.
- To provide the services you hire us for.
- To contact businesses that may benefit from our services. Every outreach email identifies us and includes a way to opt out, and we honor opt-outs.
- To keep the site secure and working.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the services that help us run the business, and only what they need:
- FormSubmit delivers contact-form submissions to our inbox.
- Calendly runs our booking page; it handles booking details under its own privacy policy.
- Cloudflare hosts and protects the website.
- Google Workspace hosts our email.
- Email-outreach and business-data platforms we use for our own outreach.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Cookies
vessaai.com does not set analytics or advertising cookies. The embedded Calendly booking widget on our contact page may set its own cookies to make booking work; see Calendly's privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and client information for as long as needed to work with you and to meet legal and tax obligations, then delete it. Opt-out requests are kept so we don't contact you again.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Email brady@vessaai.com and we will respond within 30 days. To stop outreach emails, you can also use the opt-out link in any email we send.
Children
The site and our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update it here and change the effective date above.
